Jorge Oliva is the Creative Head of Milk Barcelona. He began his career in the VFX industry in Spain, gaining experience in London at top companies like MPC and Framestore.

After joining Milk VFX in London, Jorge spent nine years developing his technical, creative, and leadership skills, which paved the way for his promotion to Creative Head of Studio.

Now at the helm of Milk’s Barcelona branch, Jorge is driving the studio’s growth, overseeing high-profile projects, and nurturing local talent.

Meet The Founder
Pedro Andrade
Pedro Andrade built his career in London, with extensive experience in all mediums of VFX production. With mixed backgrounds in both science and arts such as Mechanical Engineering and Music Production, associated with multi-continent experiences and career paths, gives him a unique edge in the thinking process, knowledge, and leadership style.
As a 2D Supervisor, he has worked in diverse companies such as DNEG, Cinesite or Milk VFX.
Pedro is also a former Head of Compositing at MPC London, where he was responsible for the offices in London, Berlin and Montreal, overseeing more than 100+ artists, from Juniors to Supervisors.

Monica Abdurehaman is a London-based User Experience Designer, specializes in Workshop Design and Facilitation, helping teams and leaders make confident decisions about projects, methods, and strategies.

With a background spanning Industrial Design, 3D modeling in VFX, and experience in design agencies and corporations globally, Monica brings independence and expertise to her clients.
She uses contemporary facilitation methods to drive businesses and teams forward, guiding productive decision-making and experimentation that reveal critical insights, enabling companies to take informed steps toward their goals.
The event
We will spend 3 days together at one of the best co-working spaces in Lisbon in a strategy room. We've chosen a
location with an added breathtaking view in the historic heart centre of the city.
